hii mam Mera baby 6month ka hai. or muje breast milk kam hota hai or right side breast me milk aata hi nhi

a lactating mother needs 1000 calories per day for healthy milk production

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet.
And after six months you can give baby semi solid food too.
