Some amount of gaseous trouble and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . This will be normal as baby grow . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain .

Crankiness in a baby can also be because of other reasons - colic, hunger, being warm, being cold, being wet, or just random.
hug ye baby, keep him in ur arms, love him...sometimes baby just need ur warmth..
u may also make a paste of hing in water and apply on babies navel to ease gas problem
