Hello there sir please do not worry about it too much and due to hormonal imbalances it may happen and please give her more green leaves vegetables and dairy products . Also give Shaadmani Red clover green tea which helps in hormonal imbalances. Can buy it from Amazon. Also check pregnancy test too if it is more than 7 days. Take care
