Hii ma'am.. I m himashri from Assam.. I am a mother of 4 yrs old baby girl.. I have a question regarding her health... She is little bit weak and low weight according to her age.she is not interested in eating also.. What should I do

Expertpriyamvadha- NutritionistNutritionist4 years agoA. Don't worry mam. Give her dates, figs daily to increase iron levels. Also make sure to offer fresh fruits and vegetables as they are rich in micronutrients. milk and dairy products are essential component of her diet. check her hemoglobin level if she continues to be weak.
