Hii..is milk mandatory for above 1yr old kids?..my kid takes only 2times in day..

A. yes, cow milk is much better after one year of age,Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.

A. hello milk os rich in calcium and it helps in the development of bones and teeth and is good for the kids and if the child is not taking milk well enough then try to give your child other calcium rich food in the diet as an alternative which should be better and aso safe
