Hii,iam 7week 4days pregnant iam suffering from gastric trouble &burning sensation alott.when I eat food my stomach is swollen I can't take breathe properly then I had went to my gynceologist she given me injections but still iam suffering from same problem what should I do?tell me the diet please..iam not able to sleep properly because of gastric trouble?

Hello ma’am For initial three month some women face this problem quite a lot so I would advise you instead of just going for a random diet consult a nutritionist for the same and get a proper diet plan done for yourself because she will take into consideration all the issues that you’re having and she will suggest you a diet plan
