hii.. I m current taking novelon tablet due to irregular periods ..today I got ( covidshiled )vaccinated ...kindly guide me it is safe to take tablet evn after vaccine.. thxs in advance

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.Covid vaccination like covishield/ covaxin in the breastfeeding mothers can be given very safely according to the latest recommendation which is approved by by government of India. only pregnandt women and children are not included in this list. Nursing mothers can feed their child as soon as required after the vaccination very safely.

Q. Hi, I had an irregular periods since February 2022 and last month I consulted a gynecologist as my periods came 2 times last month and she prescribed me with novelon tablet. I took for 21 days and I had my periods after 6 days of stopping novelon tablet. But I had a light period and only last for 2 days..Do I need to take it into consideration and consult a gynecologist as I had a very light periods ( not even one pad was getting filled a day).
