Q.

hii..I m 26 years old nd have 2 years old boy.. 2 months se meri heart beat palpitations ho rhi hai eco ecg kraya sb normal hai . body check up kraya to hb 10.7 aya nd bht weakness hai chakkar bhi ate hai.. bht doctors change kre but koi frk nii pad rha.. nd ab chest k center nd left m mild pain bhi hota hai.. aj sharp pain hua ecg kraya normal aya... esa kyu ho raha hai... pls help nd pain 5 min hua phr thk ho gya bp bhi normal hai

A. Hello ma’am First of all your haemoglobin is low so would advise you to start having beetroot and pomegranate on a regular basis as that is the best source of iron and you can start having iron tablets at least for six months to 1 year and also if you’re having such sharp pain it could be sometimes due to gas also it is not necessary that you having some problem with your heart or anything so just try to figure that out that sometimes you have other’s heart pain because of gas issues also that Gas gets stuck or something so you can have that pain and lastly if you’re feeling weakness then continue having calcium and multivitamin for another six months
