hii i had cesarean operation one month ago now I am feeling back pain and legs pain . is it common and what to do for pain relieving

A. see if yiy git pain after c section then yiu can try yo eat more of calcium rich foods and take calcium supplement. taje rest in more n avoid exertion ok
