hii. I can see some pimple like in my nipple .. May I know what is that.. it hurts while pumping

it could be Result of incorrect latching or Infection or injury
so you can try cool pack on it
keep that area clean
check for pus or swelling etc there
if it is there then please visit your gynecologist
