hii i am mother of one month old boy.my milk supply is very low my baby is not full with this amount.i am feeling very bad for my baby please suggest me what can I do.

Shatavari is a very good supplement I would definitely recommend you to take three times in the day with warm milk that’s going to help in increasing and boosting your lactation for your child along with liquid diet and also plenty of proteins and healthy diet
