Q.

Hii.. I am a mother and after my normal delivery I became too skiny.. is this natural or should I bring a change in my meals? If yes, what should I eat in my meals to become fat?

A. Hello mom it all to an extent depends how you were post pregnancy . Consult your doctor and take necessary supplements if required . As per your diet enhance it with a good healthy foods , dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables, lentils and legumes , eggs if preferred,

Hello mam ‘ You need to be healthy and not fat… gaining health , muscle back is important rather then just concentrating on just weight gain Include protein with every meal like dal, paneer, soya, beans, chola chana rajma, egg, chicken , fish, sprouts Have small and frequent meals Include dry fruits and peanuts in your routine include atleast 3 fruits and 3-4 vegetable in daily routine diet Water 2-3 litre everyday

A. Hi You can add nutritious caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds walnuts cashews dates, banana chickoo peanuts, til seeds, coconut egg, avocado paneer cheese to your recipes for Healthy weight gain have 4 to 6nmeals a day . avoid junk foods
