Q.

Hii.. i am a breastfeeding mom, i m having cold and cough and headache.... my daughter also caught the same... please advice what medicine shall i take.. and any Homeremedies. Thank you

A. you can take steam as well as apply vicks and take home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk and if it it is still not improving then you can meet your doctor for examination

You Then take steam you can take ginger and honey mixture twice a day that’s going to help apart from that you should definitely consult your doctor Dil advise you with the correct course of medicine which would be safe during breastfeeding so you can go for that and for your baby also you should ask your paediatrician for medicines
