hii...how to give apple fruit my 6th month old twin boys apple boiled then smash or raw apple smash I am confused please siggest how I give to the apple feeding method

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes, give steamed or boiled pureed apple to ur twin baby. you can guve furits in littke amount n gradually increase the amount. avoid raw apple at this age.
