hii. how much foxnuts is sufficient per day for a 4 year baby.

A. You can give 10 to 15 pieces in a day more than that depending how much is your child to eat highly fibre calcium and iron so actually it is not going to create any problem it’s a very good thing to be given to the child about 15 to 20 pieces Max

A. Hai good evening !! On an average hand full of nuts and seeds are suggested in regular diet to meet required nutrition. As nuts ,seeds are rich in vitamins,minerals,fibre,protein,brain development. Yeah hand full of makhana as roasted or curry or powdered fox nuts are suggested. You can prepare nuts,seeds ladoo (dry roast nuts,seeds grind powder mix with jaggery or dates make ladoo one ladoo per day . Almonds,cashew,pista,walnuts,makhana,fox seeds,pumpkinseeds,watermelon seeds,seseme seeds.
