As nuts ,seeds are rich in vitamins,minerals,fibre,protein,brain development.
Yeah hand full of makhana as roasted or curry or powdered fox nuts are suggested.
You can prepare nuts,seeds ladoo (dry roast nuts,seeds grind powder mix with jaggery or dates make ladoo one ladoo per day .
Almonds,cashew,pista,walnuts,makhana,fox seeds,pumpkinseeds,watermelon seeds,seseme seeds.
