Q.

Hii how can i know that I'm producing enough breatmilk. My baby is 4 month and 24 days old. I'm not feeling any heaviness in my both breast. But when i squeeze my nipples milk comes out. But how can i know I'm suppling enough milk to my baby

A. hi parent if the weigth gain is adequate indicated milk inatek is adequate it should double the bith weigtv by 5 month of age maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello dear parent! As long as your baby is active and healthy, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
