hii... how can I control my hips weight?

A. Hello You cant control weight of specific body part but overall weight can be controlled. Avoid sugar. sweets, fried foods, bakery foods biscuits chocolate sugar laden drinks Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast Take more of skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd low fat paneer Dal's curd.
