hii good morning sir. Sir according to saatvik's age he don't eat food properly. he is very choosy in his meals and hardly have two incomplete meals (eg. khichdi in the morning and only roti with butter (no veegies)at night pls suggest #AskTheExpert

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. hi mom kids at this age are little fussy so.dont worry add vegetables while kneading the dough and give like parathas or theplas give mix vegetable with ghee add nuts powder in milk
