ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day otherwise spitting is normal in infants
