Fruits
Curd, paneer, cheese
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Nandini NadarMom of a 4 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Being chubby doesn't mean healthy , give nutritious foods, dal, vegetables, egg,. paneer , rice . Let the child explore play , eat his own way. This will make him healthy and wise.
Every baby is different, some might be chubby , some might be lean but healthier everything is based on genetics
Just make sure they are having the growth in height , weight as per their age and you are able to see the developments that should be there In the particular age.
