Q.

Hii Everyone.. My son is 2 months old. He is sleeping the entire morning & only waking up to feed. However he is staying awake at night even after feeding & not sleeping for more than an hour stretch.kindly help as I am a working mom & have to get back to work soon & this schedule is making me exhausted.

A. mostly babies remain awake during night due to gas in stomach the best thing to do is give 3 to 4 burps after each feed to the baby which will help the baby even to sleep comfortably at night

A. Hey! I am no expert but my daughter ( who is 4 now) did the exact same thing at 2 months old. This is sleep regression but i did little changes which reversed her cycle. I didn’t let her go to sleep in the morning for as long as i could stretch it and made the surroundings loud and bright. In the night i massaged her with warm oil and made the surrounding quiet n dark. It gradually by 2-2 hours shifted her sleep cycle which matched my schedule. My son is 2 months now and he is also sleeping at night. Hope this helps
