Hii everyone m starting to do d exicises but in morning time means (6 to 9) no time to do d workout other than dis time in which can I do d workout anyone suggest me please

A. hello your baby boy is 4 month old, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery after consulting your doctor. continue with breast feeding it will help to reduce Weight

A. good afternoon creating time for the workout is something that you will have to do on your own I would recommend you try to make sure that you try to fix one time when you can work out everyday
