Hello ma’am Not necessarily all women gain weight so it’s perfectly fine till the time you’re not underweight or not feeling weak there is nothing to be worried about for the same but if you feel that you are underweight and you’re not satisfied with it then you should be seeing your doctor for a proper course of diet
