Hii doctors my baby is 2 years of old he was suffering from fever and vomitings he had given medicines also but his vomitings is not going he used to act like vomit and do vomit . what I do. how many times I go to doctor.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection orr any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeathing. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
