hii doctor , There are small small pimples on my daughters hand. it only appears on hands that I sent image. its started from week and there no were spread on body except on hands and today on knee two pimples are started . when I touch those she feels like itching so please give me any solutions for that.

Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance in this matter. Complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor and there will be a gradual improvement in the condition. Good luck and take care.
