A. it is totally fine your child should get all the 20 teeth by the age of 3 years but a dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday .

A. hi yes it is normal it is gradual and natural process so please wait. mostly babies get the set of their primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years. do don't worry
