Hii doctor my son is 10 months old. yesterday I ate spinach today he got loose motion 3times tell me a remedy

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managedment for dehydration is required if loose motions are assochiated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
