Hii doctor my daughter is 2 month old and on formula feed , she has vaccinated on Wednesday , today we saw blood in her stool , please advise.

it will b good idea to visit ur pediatrician who can assess the baby n help determine the cause l8ke allergy or infection if any n approrlpriate treatment
