Q.

Hii doctor.. My baby is 3weeks old now he's feeding for an hour or more each time.. I am confused whether he's getting enough milk or he's just latching

A. it is quite common most of the babies will we getting the required milk within 15 to 20 minutes of active sucking afterwards baby will be doing only dream feeding see baby is passing urine adequately

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times a day, gaining weight then that means your feed is sufficient for the baby. Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months. take care
