Hii doctor,,my baby has not gaining weight, birth weight 2.5kgs,now she is 6.5,I'm giving different types of food but she is not gaining weight,and after eating food she will pass the stool

That you have mentioned that your child is passing stool instantly after eating the food that you are giving then that’s quite a sign that your child is having digestion issues and which is why your child is not gaining weight despite of eating well you need to fix this tissue by getting it examined with your doctor once
