In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate progoperly and will guide you afccordingly for this .

well ,it mostly determined by genetics
so if a child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones, showing no discomfort then no need to worry about it much.
