A. Dear mum, for your 21 months old child, you should give 4 to 5 small meals in a day and up to one katori every time. This should include one or two healthy snacks in between. The frequency of food can be 3 to 4 hours.

A. Hi, You can give food in the gap of 2-2.5 hour to baby. It also depends upon how much food baby is having in one go. Give it in the gap of 2-3 hour. Sit together and eat together. Most babies follow what they see their parents are doing or eating.
