Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Semi solids once a day. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo, steamed and mashed apple, carrot, potato, sooji, Oats Kheer/porridge,dal water, rice starch, cerelac with pulses, grains (home made). Rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed,give water frequently for easy digestion and hydration.
