hii doctor it's been 5 month of my post pregnancy I didn't got my periods...mai I know the reason?

if you are nursing mother then it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey.
so don't worry
it will regularise by own naturally.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
