hii doctor..I have 3 mnth baby..I'm giving breastfeed..so I can eat all type of biscuits n sweets

Hello mom when if You are exclusively breastfeeding, it is very important to take care of your diet and prefer easy to digest food and healthy ones as what you eat and consume pass on to the Baby as well and be mindful of what and how much you are consuming
