hii doctor I am 9months pregnant... yesterday I am done my growth scan.. and Amniotic fluid 20.8cm... doctor says please take care and drink barley water... is barley water decreases the amniotic fluid... please give me reply please.... how to decrease fluid

A. Hey! Yes, you can take it as per your doctors advice. In this condition, it is important to follow the instructions of the doctor to the T. Rest well. Take a good protein rich diet.
