Just breast feed your baby two to three hourly and on demand. and it wonts affect skin color.

A lot of people feel that if you keep your tail into phototherapy for a day or two, it is going to turn the complexion dark without actually does not happen. The completion of the child is completely natural and whatever it is going to be, you’ll be sure about it by the time of 6 to 8 months.
