Hii doc..my baby is 3 month 7 days old now..I hv been giving him breast milk exclusively..but for the last one week I feel amount of milk has decreased and he cries also in the middle of feed..so am I supposed to start top feed along with breast milk?

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum 6 to 8 times a day then your baby is feeding enough. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Burp the baby after every feed. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
