Hii, After painless vaccination also my baby cried for atleast 12 hours is it normal?

See the only purpose of getting painless vaccination done as a child doesn’t get fever sometimes how the vaccination has been given can lead to little bit of pain in that area which is absolutely fine and sometimes it could be associated with stomach pain not necessarily vaccinated pain
