hii after my 2nd dlvry i gaind alot.... gaind 30kg .. hw to gt bck normal i feel low

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to do yoga everyday in the morning it should be done for half an hour it will be great if you are able to do Surya namaskar exercise it really helps to reduce the overall body
