NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can give your child all kind of fruits and vegetable so that the child requirements for the fibre will be fine and even non vegetarian food would also containhigh fibre so if you are a non vegetarian you may give it an also give your child egg which is also good and any concern then you may check with your doctor
