hie. my son is 7 months old. i'm noticing his feet and hands feel a bit damp or say wet sometimes since 1 month despite maintaining thermoregulation. is it normal?

This is kind of sweat that you are facing on the skin of your child then this can be a form of eczema or sweat related allergy I cannot be very certain about the right reason behind it but looking at me what you are mentioning is indicating that you should consult your doctor for further assistance please
