hie my platelets and hemoglobin level is low . I'm 30 weeks pregnant. what to consume?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. avoid tea and coffee. have plenty of fruits and vegetables. have more liquid and fruits. take injectables if advised by your doctor
