AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes it is safe to take I pill during breastfeeding. There is no problem in that and it will not effect your baby. so no need to worry. u can continue to breastfeed ur baby till two years as long as you and your baby are comfortable
