Q.
Hie .. Iam working women and I have to resume my duty after 6 months. My son is 3 month old and totally depends upon my breast milk. How will I teach him to eat soft food and cow milk sudden after 6 month.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cow milk is not advisable before 1 year you should give breast milk which could be stored after pumping out using a breast pump and can also start with simple easily digestible semi solid food like fruit purees

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! You can introduce semi solids and water along with daily breastfeeding after 6 months completion. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Till then the baby should be either breastfed or formula fed only. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
