hie iam feeding baby but iys not sufficient for my baby plz suggestion how to increase

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

A. Try taking lactation supplements if that helps otherwise you can go ahead with shifting to formula feeding because of lactation supplements are not going to help you well unfortunately you love to move to formula only but it is completely safe so that is not a problem
