Ms pinki aswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. mujhe bhi two years tak kafi back pain raha hai maine kafi kuch kiya bck pain kam karne ke liye but kam ni hua me pichle 6 month se yoga kar rahi hun uske baad mujhe kabhi bhi back pain nahi hua please yoga kijiye yoga sabse accha hai mera c section hua aap malti vitamin bhi le lijiye.yoga se aapko within one week me hi Aram milega yoga pehle kisi ki dekh rekhe me hi kariye khud se nahi.

If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment
for any other pain you need to get a proper examination done
