hie dr. My baby is 1 year old. I want to know is cerelac is good for her health. I m feeding her once in a day in her diet.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's good, can give it in snack time Ceralac is substitute food, keep this option for emergency only, this is not good for daily basis, to one year baby you can give everything's which you cook for yourself,try to give family food.
