Hie doctor my baby is 4 mnth old and she had to much watery loose motion nd also the diper rash between of rashes she has start bleed nd also the normal fevar pls suggest wht can i do...?

please visit your pediatrician for this.
breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
apply coconut oil on Rashes
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
avoid using diapers
maintain good hygiene
