hie....actually I want to ask that my baby is licking floor any dusty thing....why is this so

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. In toddler age it is quite common. They will try to explore everything with their mouth. But If ur child has been eating any non food items for a long time it could be due to a condition called pica(a tendency or craving to eat substances other than normal food). This condition may be due to some deficiency like iron or zinc. Consulting with ur pediatrician and getting the body element levels measured could help.
